Abhi Bhatt is the Director of Data & Analytics at McDonald’s, where he leads the data and analytics architecture, platform and ML Ops teams. He is currently leading a multi-year global transformation initiative for McDonald’s to enable data engineering, automation and advanced analytics within the organization. One of his key transformation charters is to build a next generation data science platform and enable ML Ops capabilities to globally scale and operationalize Machine Learning models and solutions for McDonald’s.
Prior to McDonald’s, Abhi has worked in consulting across various industries to implement data strategy, big data technologies, cloud migrations of data and analytics solutions along with leading and building high performing teams. He also advises data and analytics startups, and investors on key trends and needs to build new innovative solutions.
The pursuit of AI is one of the biggest priorities in data today. The Thursday morning keynote will be led by Databricks Cofounder and CEO Ali Ghodsi and cover advances in data science, machine learning, MLOps and more in both open source and the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
We’ll also be joined by data leaders from McDonalds and Microsoft, as well as the legendary Bill Nye, a scientist, engineer, comedian and author.
