Payment Options
Conference tickets are free, training must be purchased with a credit card.
Promo Codes
If you have a promo code, you must apply it at the time of your registration. Only one (1) promo code can be applied per registration.
Transfers, Cancellation, and Refunds
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by emailing dataaisummit@typeaevents.com. If you must cancel, please email dataaisummit@typeaevents.comby 5:59 AM PST on May 23, 2021. You will receive a 50% refund on any paid items you purchased, less a 10% credit card processing fee.
Cancellations made after the deadline, as well as “no-shows” are liable for the full registration and/or training fee.
In the event that Data + AI Summit is canceled by Databricks, Inc. (“we” or “Databricks”), you will only be refunded for your registration and/or training.
Registration Confirmation
Registration will be confirmed by email. You’ll receive a message as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed.
Speakers & Sessions
The speakers listed on this website are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications. We are constantly working on improving the quality of our conference products. If the opportunity arises we may, at our discretion, add conference sessions and workshops to the posted line-up to enhance the schedule.
Photo Release & Privacy Information
From time to time Databricks may choose to photograph and record certain portions of the conference and may use capture conference participants. Databricks may choose such photographs and recordings in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at Data + AI Summit you consent to, Databricks’ use of your likeness in such materials and you hereby waive “moral rights” in such photos, recordings, or other digital content. You agree that any personal data you provide us will be handled in accordance with this Event Policy and our Privacy Policy.

While children under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or attend any of the conferences, we recognize the difficulties presented by the COVID-19 pandemic for our virtual participants living in households with children. If you are concerned about any children or other household members being accidentally photographed or recorded, during a session, please make sure to turn off the camera(s) on your computer or take other reasonable measures so they are not accidentally photographed or recorded during any instances that you intend to have your camera on.
You may not record any sessions or sessions at Data + AI Summit without prior approval from Databricks.
